As the gray skies and cooler temperatures of late fall begin to set in throughout most of the US, you may be searching for a warm weather destination for a getaway.  While many people at this time of year are getting ready for the holidays, there are some that would love or need a get away sooner.  We've put together the best places to go this month:

Santa Monica, CA

Southern California is beautiful year-round, and mild temperatures throughout November make it a perfect choice for those seeking a bit of sun and sand to chase away the impending winter doldrums.  From Santa Monica Beach and the world famous pier to the expensive third street promenade shopping district.
