5 Reasons Entrepreneurs Love Monday's

Unlike our counterparts, the "clock punchers", entrepreneurs should absolutely love Mondays. To me, their is nothing more exciting then beginning a new week.  The thrills of implementing thoughts we've had over the weekend.  The excitement of not knowing what's going to happen, but the optimism that it's going to be another great week.  And let's be honest, if you could work on and make your dreams a reality, wouldn't you be excited too?  While every day is a great day to build your business, Monday's especially, are very meaningful to us.  Here are five great reasons to love this day.

1). They secretly worked all weekend, because they are passionate about what they do.  By the time mo day comes around they're ahead of the game.  While most people take Saturday and Sunday off, most entrepreneurs work every day.  Honestly, it may be full days of work all the time.  Entrepreneurs need and deserve to unwind as well.  But most dedicate at least a few hours during the weekend to our passion.

2). They wake up before their alarm, ready to kick ass and make shit happen.  Monday isn't something they dread, it's something to look forward too.  Like I mentioned before, Monday's are full of excitement.  From both the unknown and known aspects.  It's a feeling that is hard to express, maybe it's one of those things you have to go through and be apart of to fully understand.

3). Entrepreneurs jump out of bed, anxious to implement ideas they've thought of.  They trust their intuitions and hunches.  Maybe it's a new sales strategy, maybe it's a change to some policy.  Whatever it may have been, Monday's are the perfect day to implement these ideas.  Regardless of rather you are a one-man shop or multi-employee business.

4). They greet the dawn with to-do lists and affirmations:
Today I'm going to kick ass
Today is the day I make something happen
I love my life.  I love what I do for a living.

As self made business owners, our best friend, our biggest believer is the person looking back in the mirror.  A morning pep talk is what most entrepreneurs need before heading out the door.

5)   Entrepreneurs get to work from home in their Jammie's, do business meetings on the beach, and bolt in the middle of the day if they want to take a yoga class.  While I disagree with most of these beliefs, not the beach one obviously.  I mean, who wouldn't want to have a meeting or do anything business related on a beach?  But this is a true and realistic type of lifestyle.  Besides, most entrepreneurs are in some way shape or form working from the time they get up in the morning to the time they go to bed.

I'd love to know what you love about Monday's! Please leave a comment!
